If you believe your eyewear has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us at support@sceyewear.org. We'll carefully review your claim and determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Because every situation is unique, warranty requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Our craftsmanship promise does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Lost or stolen eyewear
• Changes in magnification or prescription needs

Even when an issue falls outside our craftsmanship promise, we're committed to helping whenever possible and may offer preferred replacement pricing or other solutions at our discretion.
