Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will update within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic

  • International shipping is available upon request, provided the customer provides for shipping. Inquire using our Live Chat feature or contact us 

If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your region at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
